Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized, personalized, and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.  

Each item is specially created or prepared for your order. Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizes, colors, and personalization details before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not already entered production or been shipped.

Once production has begun or your order has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Digital Downloads

All digital download purchases are final.

  • No returns
  • No refunds
  • No cancellations
  • No exchanges

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, except where required by law.

Please read the listing description carefully to ensure the file type and design meet your needs before purchasing.

Exceptions & Approved Returns

In certain circumstances, we may approve a return at our discretion.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition unless otherwise agreed.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
  • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected.
  • The refund amount will be determined based on the condition in which the item is received.
  • Items returned damaged, used, altered, or missing components may qualify for a partial refund or no refund, as permitted by applicable law.

Approval of a return does not automatically guarantee a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
